CssVault.com is a valuable resource for any budding CSS programmer. Not only is the site very easy on the eyes, but it provides many resources to assist you.
My favorite thing to do on CssVault is to preview the galleries of sites that other people have designed and uploaded. Under the resource tab are catagories to help you find answers to your questions or to find code examples. Honestly, most of the answers I was looking for I could not find. The site appears to be geared more towards the seasoned CSS programmer.
There is also a blog tab where up-to-date news and information is displayed. The information in the blog is interesting to me simply because its not all about CSS. There is information concerning new and old browswers, code that speeds up your webpage and many other subjects.
